    TLE9104SHXUMA1 is Infineon’s AEC-Q100 qualified smart quad-channel low-side powertrain driver IC built with Smart Power Technology (SPT). The suffix XUMA1 stands for tape-and-reel, lead-free, halogen-free PG-DSO-20 SMD packaging. It integrates four open-drain DMOS power stages with comprehensive load diagnostics and multi-mode control interfaces, dedicated for automotive powertrain, transmission and high-reliability industrial actuator drive systems.
