TLE9104SHXUMA1 is Infineon’s AEC-Q100 qualified smart quad-channel low-side powertrain driver IC built with Smart Power Technology (SPT). The suffix XUMA1 stands for tape-and-reel, lead-free, halogen-free PG-DSO-20 SMD packaging. It integrates four open-drain DMOS power stages with comprehensive load diagnostics and multi-mode control interfaces, dedicated for automotive powertrain, transmission and high-reliability industrial actuator drive systems.
👉 It differs from low-current body control switch ICs (TLE8xxx series) without high inductive load clamping capability. This powertrain-grade device supports up to 5A peak per channel, 50–60V integrated avalanche clamping for fuel injectors and heavy solenoids, with full SPI-based fault reporting for safety-critical ECUsInfineon Technologies.
