    Part Number Explanation

    QTH stands for male header with built-in grounding structure. 060 means each row has 60 pins with two rows in total and 120 contact points. 01 represents the fixed 5mm stacking height between two boards. F refers to flash gold plating on contact positions and matte tin plating on welding ends. D-DP means the pins are arranged in differential pairs to adapt to high-speed differential signals. A indicates the connector is equipped with positioning columns for accurate docking. K adds special bonding pads to facilitate automatic placement during SMT processing. TR stands for tape and reel packaging for automated assembly on production lines.

    Electrical and Mechanical Features

    The connector adopts 0.5mm fine pin spacing and double-row layout. It supports a single differential pair signal transmission speed up to 19Gbps. Each signal pin can carry 2A rated current, and the integrated grounding area can bear large current up to 25A. The insulation performance and contact stability meet industrial standards, and the effective plugging and unplugging times reach 100 cycles. It is installed by surface mount welding. The insulating shell is made of high temperature resistant LCP material, and the contact terminals are made of phosphor bronze with good elasticity and durability.

    The default delivery form is tape and reel packaging. It belongs to MSL3 moisture sensitive device, and reflow welding construction needs to be finished within 168 hours after the original vacuum package is opened.
