    Core Electrical Performance Parameters

    Input working voltage range covers 2.9V to 18V, compatible with common 5V, 12V industrial bus power rails. It drives external N-channel MOSFETs to realize two-way power source OR-ing switching, the forward voltage drop is stably controlled at only 15mV, greatly reducing conduction heat compared with diodes.

    The chip integrates hot-swap inrush current limiting function, enabling circuit boards to be safely plugged and unplugged on powered backplanes without generating large surge current to damage power sources and backplane equipment. It adopts foldback current limiting mechanism, responds to short-circuit faults within 1 microsecond to clamp peak current, and supports adjustable startup time and fault delay time through peripheral resistors.

    Ideal diode turn-on and turn-off speed reaches 0.5 microseconds, power switching process is smooth without oscillation and reverse current backflow. Built-in load current monitoring output pin, which can cooperate with ADC to collect real-time load power consumption data. Complete status pins including power good signal, fault alarm and diode working state are led out for system logic judgment. The -2 version will automatically restart intermittently after fault shutdown instead of permanent latch-off.

    Adopts 28-pin QFN surface mount package with exposed thermal pad, overall dimension 4mm×5mm, chip thickness 0.75mm. The bottom metal pad effectively conducts heat to restrain temperature rise during continuous heavy-load operation.
