FM25CL64B-GTR is an industrial-grade 64Kbit SPI FRAM manufactured by Infineon (formerly Cypress). Featuring instant high-speed write performance and ultra-high read/write endurance, it serves as a direct pin-to-pin replacement for SPI EEPROM and SPI Flash, ideal for frequent real-time data logging and crash-safe parameter storage.
👉 It is not low-end EEPROM with limited erase cycles, nor large-capacity 1Mbit FRAM like FM25V10. This low-cost small-volume FRAM is optimized for parameter and log storage in mid & small embedded devices.
