Part Number Definition
WRB refers to the series of isolated voltage-stabilized DC-DC modules with 2:1 wide input voltage and single output. The number 24 stands for rated input voltage 24V, 12 represents fixed output voltage 12V. S stands for standard straight plug-in packaging. 3WR2 means the rated power is 3W, which is the second upgraded version with remote enable function and optimized protection performance.

Input voltage range covers 18V to 36V, which can adapt to the fluctuation of 24V bus power supply in industrial cabinets. The output is fixed 12V direct current with total output power 3W and rated output current 250mA. The output voltage accuracy is controlled within ±1%, and the ripple and noise are kept at a low level. The isolation strength between input side and output side reaches 1500VDC, which can eliminate ground loop interference and meet insulation safety requirements. The module is equipped with automatic recovery short-circuit protection and overcurrent protection, and leads out an enable pin to control the power supply switch externally. The maximum conversion efficiency can reach 81%, and it works in PFM switching mode without extra heat dissipation accessories under natural heat dissipation conditions.

The module uses SIP-8 straight pin packaging with standard outer size 22mm×9.5mm×12mm, and the shell material meets flame retardant grade standards. It is a moisture-sensitive component, and the welding operation needs to be completed within 168 hours after the original package is opened. It can be supplied in tube bulk packaging or tape packaging to match automatic plug-in production lines.
Environmental Compliance
The normal working temperature range is -40℃ to +85℃, and the storage temperature range is -40℃ to +125℃. The product meets environmental material control requirements, and the pin definition is unified in the industry, realizing direct interchangeable replacement among different manufacturers.
