The TRACK/SS pin realizes programmable soft-start to suppress power-on inrush current, and also supports output voltage tracking for multi-rail power supply systems.
Comprehensive protection functions are fully integrated: foldback current limiting prevents excessive heat accumulation during output short circuit, thermal shutdown with hysteresis avoids chip over-temperature damage, power good pin monitors output voltage status in real time, and maximum 99% duty cycle ensures stable low-dropout operation under low input voltage conditions. Two independent internal LDOs supply power for gate driving circuits, which can take power from input voltage or external auxiliary power rail flexibly. Both resistive sensing and inductor DCR lossless current sensing schemes are available for selection.
