    Core Functional Features

    The chip adopts variable frequency modulation mode to stabilize output voltage, driving high-side and low-side power switches with 180-degree phase difference and equal conduction duration, with fixed dead time inserted between switch transitions to avoid direct shoot-through current.

    Non-linear soft-start circuit ensures smooth monotonic rise of output voltage during power-on startup, effectively suppressing surge current and voltage shock on peripheral components.

    Two-stage hierarchical overcurrent protection system is integrated. The first stage adopts frequency shifting to limit primary loop current with automatic recovery function; if overload or short-circuit condition persists, the secondary latch-type protection shuts down the entire controller permanently until system power reset.

    Light load burst mode operation cuts down switching loss drastically under low output power conditions, greatly improving overall conversion efficiency at standby and light load states.

    Two independent disable control inputs are reserved. The non-latched disable pin with current hysteresis is applicable for undervoltage sag protection and power supply sequential control; the latched disable pin is convenient for external over-temperature and overvoltage protection triggering.

    A dedicated interface for PFC power factor correction controller enables synchronous shutdown of the front-end PFC circuit during fault events or burst mode operation, further lowering system no-load power consumption.

    High dv/dt noise immunity is designed for the floating high-side drive circuit, delivering strong anti-interference performance under high-frequency high-voltage working environments. Undervoltage lockout function automatically pulls down gate drive signals when supply voltage is insufficient to prevent abnormal switch actions.
