Core Hardware Architecture & Key Features
-
Dual independent H-bridge gate pre-driver unit
Built with 4 groups of high-side and low-side driver circuits, used to drive 8 external N-channel power MOSFETs, forming two complete H-bridge loops to control left and right rear wheel EPB actuators respectively. Supports PWM continuous chopping control for motor forward/reverse rotation, clamping force adjustment and holding torque maintenance. Each channel integrates programmable overcurrent threshold protection, drain-source voltage and gate-source voltage real-time monitoring to avoid power tube breakdown.
-
High-precision motor signal acquisition subsystem
10-channel fully differential low-offset programmable gain amplifiers matched with Sigma-Delta ADC modulators, synchronously sampling motor working current, terminal voltage and actuator state signals. Dual bandgap voltage reference ensures measurement precision under wide temperature variation. Embedded built-in self-test (BIST) logic to regularly calibrate internal acquisition circuits automatically.
-
Auxiliary driving and human-machine interaction interfaces
Two configurable high/low side output channels with closed-loop voltage regulation, dedicated for driving vehicle EPB indicator LED arrays;
2 sets of motor speed sensor (MSS) interfaces, connecting Hall sensors to collect actuator rotation speed and position feedback signals;
4-way general-purpose GPIO ports plus dedicated EPB physical button detection circuit, capable of button signal wake-up from sleep standby mode.
-
Comprehensive safety and reliability protection
Internal power supply undervoltage lockout, chip overtemperature shutdown, short-circuit fault diagnosis and open-load detection functions;
Configurable hardware watchdog timer for system operation monitoring;
Multiple low-power sleep modes to reduce vehicle quiescent power consumption during parking;
All pins have robust ESD and surge resistance to adapt to complex automotive electrical environments.
