Core Function and Electrical Specifications
The chip is equipped with six analog input channels, which can be connected to voltage and current signals. It is compatible with three mainstream sampling modes including current transformer, sampling resistor and Rogowski coil, supporting both star and delta three-phase wiring topologies. It integrates high-precision delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter, internal reference voltage source and on-board temperature detection sensor. The built-in 24-bit dedicated metering processor completes power, electric energy, power factor, harmonic component calculation automatically without extra operation from main controller. It carries 8KB flash memory to store calibration parameters and configuration data, supporting offline standalone operation. Supply voltage range is 3V to 3.6V, typical working supply current is 8.1mA. It provides three optional communication interfaces including UART, I2C and SPI, and reserves configurable GPIO pins for alarm output and hardware address setting. Users can select internal oscillator or external crystal as system clock source according to project requirements.

It is classified as MSL3 moisture sensitive device, and reflow soldering needs to be finished within 168 hours after unpacking vacuum packaging.
