ADR441 is a high precision, low drift XFET bandgap voltage reference with fixed 2.5 V output voltage. ARZ represents 8-lead narrow body SOIC surface mount package, delivered in tube packaging for prototype debugging and small batch equipment assembly.

This ultra-stable voltage reference is designed for high-resolution data acquisition systems, precision calibration instruments and low-noise analog circuits. It generates a fixed 2.500 V accurate output voltage with outstanding long-term stability and minimal temperature fluctuation deviation.
The input supply voltage ranges from 2.8 V up to 18 V, compatible with most common single analog power rails in industrial measurement devices. Typical temperature coefficient is less than 3 ppm/°C across the whole operating temperature range, which maintains consistent reference voltage output during ambient temperature changes.
It features extremely low broadband noise, which prevents noise degradation of conversion accuracy for 16-bit to 24-bit ADC and DAC chips. Excellent line regulation and load regulation characteristics effectively resist disturbances caused by power supply voltage variation and load current fluctuation.
The chip can both source and sink small load currents without the requirement of additional buffer amplifiers in most low-current application scenarios. Internal thermal hysteresis suppression structure improves output repeatability after repeated temperature cycling. Quiescent supply current is kept low to reduce overall system static power consumption.

Packaged in standard 8-pin narrow SOIC plastic surface mount housing with small footprint, saving PCB layout space for miniaturized analog front-end modules. Moisture Sensitivity Level is MSL3; all reflow soldering operations shall be finished within 168 hours after opening the original vacuum sealed package. Tube packaging is applied to support manual circuit testing and small-volume trial production conveniently.
