Core Function and Electrical Specifications
The chip embeds complete USB transceiver, internal oscillator circuit and power-on reset module, requiring no external crystal oscillator and matching resistors for USB circuits. It carries 1024-byte user programmable EEPROM, which can be written with customized VID, PID, product information and serial number through USB channel during production. UART interface supports baud rate up to 2Mbps, equipped with 640-byte transmit FIFO buffer and 576-byte receive FIFO buffer, compatible with hardware flow control and software XON/XOFF handshake protocol.
