    Core Electrical Performance Parameters

    This monolithic imaging processor is optimized for trilinear color CCD sensor signal acquisition, integrating all essential analog conditioning modules together with a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter on a single chip. Each of the three independent channels incorporates input voltage clamping circuit, correlated double sampling module, offset adjustment DAC and programmable gain amplifier. A stable internal voltage reference is embedded to eliminate external reference circuitry requirement.

    It adopts single 5V analog power supply ranging from 4.75V to 5.25V, with separate digital power rail supporting 3V and 5V logic level adaptation to match FPGA and mainstream image processors. The 16-bit digital sampling data is multiplexed into 8-bit parallel output for simplified wiring, and single-byte reading mode is optional. On-chip registers are configured via 3-wire serial interface to adjust gain, offset and operating modes flexibly. Typical total power consumption under normal operation is 400mW.
