TI Reallocates 8-inch Wafer Capacity to AI Signal Chips, Industrial ADC, DAC & Precision Analog IC Lead Time Lengthened to Over 6 Months
Texas Instruments shifts nearly 40% of its mature 8-inch wafer production capacity originally arranged for industrial analog chips to AI server high-speed signal conversion chips and PMIC products in Q3 2026. As a result, the production output of classic industrial precision ADC, multi-channel DAC, isolation amplifiers and voltage reference chips is greatly reduced.

The official delivery cycle of these industrial & medical dedicated analog chips has been extended to 26–32 weeks globally. Medical-grade low-noise signal chain ICs have no definite delivery schedule before early 2027. Without long-term framework contracts with TI, medium and small hardware enterprises cannot obtain stable monthly supply quotas.
LXBCHIP reserves full series TI analog spot chips in advance, covering operational amplifiers, data converters, isolators and power management ICs. All goods are original tape&reel packaging, we provide pin-compatible alternative chip lists and global fast shipping, solving urgent material replenishment demands for automation and medical hardware projects.
