    Core Function and Electrical Parameters

    The chip integrates built-in USB transceiver, internal 48MHz oscillator and power management circuit, no external crystal oscillator and USB matching resistance are needed for peripheral circuits. It carries on-chip programmable EEPROM, allowing users to burn customized VID, PID, device serial number and port configuration information directly through USB without extra programming equipment. Four completely independent UART channels are equipped, each channel supports complete modem handshake signals and hardware/software flow control, baud rate range covers common serial communication rates up to 1Mbps. Each UART has independent transmit and receive FIFO cache to prevent data loss during high-speed transmission. Besides serial ports, 16 configurable general GPIO pins are reserved for indicator light control, external switch signal input and simple peripheral drive. The working input voltage ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V, typical operating current is 56mA, and the quiescent current under suspend low-power state is only 460μA, which meets the power consumption requirements of battery-powered portable devices. The official free virtual serial port driver can identify the chip as four separate COM ports on computer terminals, and no secondary development of host software is required for original serial program adaptation.

    The product adopts 64-VFQFN exposed thermal pad package with overall size 9mm×9mm. It belongs to MSL3 moisture sensitive device, and reflow soldering construction must be finished within 168 hours after opening the original vacuum packaging. The standard reel packaging contains 2500 pieces per reel, matching the feeding specification of fully automatic placement machines on production lines.
