IPB027N10N5ATMA1 is Infineon’s OptiMOS™ 5 generation N-channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET in D2PAK (TO-263-3) surface-mount package. The suffix ATMA1 stands for tape-and-reel, lead-free, halogen-free mass production packaging. It delivers ultra-low on-resistance, high current capacity and optimized switching performance for high-frequency synchronous rectification, high-density DC-DC converters and industrial power systemsInfineon Technologies.
👉 It is not 7-pin D2PAK multi-source-sense variants nor lower-current 80V OptiMOS devices. This 100V high-current model minimizes conduction and switching losses, reduces parallel MOSFET count and improves overall power supply efficiency for 24V/48V industrial, server and e-mobility designs.
