    This is an integrated isolated CAN bus transceiver module, which integrates isolated power supply, signal isolation circuit and CAN bus transceiver into a single unit, converting TTL and CMOS logic signals into differential CAN bus signals to realize galvanic isolation between main control side and bus line.

    TD represents mini isolated bus transceiver module series. 301 stands for 3.3V input power specification, M means integrated isolated power design, CAN indicates standard CAN 2.0 protocol communication function.

    Core Electrical Performance Parameters

    Input supply voltage range is 3.15V to 3.45V, matching 3.3V main control system power rail directly. The communication baud rate supports 40kbps up to 1Mbps, fully compliant with ISO11898-2 CAN bus standard. The isolation withstand voltage between the control terminal and bus terminal reaches 2500VDC, effectively eliminating ground loop interference and improving anti-interference ability under strong electromagnetic environment. A maximum of 110 communication nodes can be connected on a single CAN bus network. The module is built with bus timeout protection, overvoltage protection and ESD protection, which can automatically block abnormal signals to avoid bus deadlock. The quiescent operating current is 30mA and peak working current is controlled within 60mA. The bus side tolerates transient voltage from -40V to +40V to resist surge impact on field wiring.

    Packaging and Assembly Specifications

    Standard DIP8 through-hole packaging is adopted, with overall dimension 12.7mm×10.16mm×7.7mm. The shell adopts UL94-V0 flame retardant plastic material. It belongs to moisture sensitive device, and soldering procedures need to be finished within 168 hours after opening original vacuum package. Tube bulk packaging is available to cooperate with automatic plug-in production line assembly.

    Environmental and Compliance Standards

    Normal working temperature range covers -40℃ to +105℃, storage temperature extends from -55℃ to +125℃. The product meets RoHS material restriction requirements and passes EN60950 safety certification. Compared with the scheme of discrete isolated power plus separate transceiver chip, it greatly reduces peripheral device count and PCB layout area, simplifies hardware circuit design.
