Core and Memory Configuration
The CIP-51 core runs at a maximum main frequency of 25MHz with execution efficiency far higher than traditional standard 8051 chips. It carries 64KB in-system programmable Flash memory which supports online program burning and field firmware upgrade, plus 4.25KB on-chip general data RAM. The Flash area can be used for non-volatile parameter storage during normal operation without extra external memory chips. A dedicated hardware debugging interface is embedded to support non-intrusive online debugging without occupying user system resources.
Onboard Analog and Digital Peripherals
Two sets of independent ADC systems are integrated on chip. One is 8-channel 12-bit SAR analog-to-digital converter with programmable gain amplifier and maximum sampling rate 100kSPS. The other is 8-channel 8-bit high-speed ADC with sampling rate up to 500kSPS. Dual-channel 12-bit DAC is equipped for analog voltage signal output, together with two independent analog voltage comparators and built-in temperature sensor and precision reference voltage source. Digital peripherals include two UART serial ports, SPI bus, SMBus compatible I2C interface and external memory expansion bus. Five groups of 16-bit hardware timers and a programmable counter array with five capture and comparison channels can generate multi-group PWM signals for motor driving and power supply control. Up to 64 configurable general I/O pins are led out, and the crossbar function can flexibly map peripheral functions to different pin positions. Internal high-precision oscillator eliminates dependence on external crystal for basic system operation. Power-on reset, voltage monitoring circuit and watchdog timer are integrated to prevent program runaway and improve system stability under power fluctuation and electromagnetic interference.
Power Supply and Low Power Modes
The chip works within input voltage range from 2.7V to 3.6V. Multiple power management modes including normal operation, idle state and stop mode are provided to cut power consumption during standby, fitting battery-powered portable testing devices and low-power monitoring terminals.
Packaging and Assembly Requirements
The component adopts 100-TQFP packaging with dimension 14mm×14mm, surface mount welding installation. It belongs to MSL3 moisture sensitive device, and reflow soldering construction must be finished within 168 hours after opening original vacuum packaging.
