    Built on ADI iCoupler magnetic coupling isolation technology and integrated isoPower isolated DC-DC converter, this single-chip device integrates three digital isolation channels, differential bus transceiver circuitry and isolated power unit. No external isolated power module is required to realize galvanically isolated serial communication.

    It provides 2500Vrms isolation voltage and common-mode transient immunity higher than 25kV/μs, effectively eliminating communication errors caused by ground potential difference in harsh industrial environments. The logic side supply voltage ranges from 3.0V to 5.5V, compatible with mainstream 3.3V and 5V microcontroller systems. An internal isolated 5V rail is generated to power the bus-side circuitry.

    The maximum data transmission rate reaches 500kbps. Hardware pins support switching between full-duplex and half-duplex operation modes, and up to 256 nodes can be connected on one single bus line. The bus pins are equipped with ±15kV HBM ESD protection and surge suppression circuitry, together with bus short-circuit current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. The receiver incorporates fail-safe design under bus open, short and idle conditions to avoid garbled data output. Low quiescent power consumption enables long-term continuous operation for field devices.

The widened package dimension complies with safety creepage and clearance requirements for isolation insulation while maintaining a compact footprint to save PCB layout space. Moisture Sensitivity Level is MSL3; all reflow soldering procedures shall be finished within 168 hours after the original vacuum package is opened. Continuous tape reel delivery is adopted to match feeding systems of automatic chip mounters.
