Core Functional and Electrical Parameters
It integrates built-in USB transceiver and internal oscillation circuit, eliminating external crystal and matching resistance required for traditional USB circuits. The chip carries 1024 bytes programmable EEPROM inside, which can be written with custom VID, PID, product name, serial number and power configuration information through USB interface. The UART port supports baud rate ranging from 300bps up to 1Mbps, equipped with 640-byte sending buffer and 576-byte receiving buffer, supporting hardware flow control and software XON/XOFF data handshake mechanism.
