    부품 번호 정의

AD5317R is a four-channel 10-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter belonging to the nanoDAC product series. BRUZ refers to the 16-lead TSSOP surface-mount plastic package. The device is supplied in tube packaging for engineering evaluation, circuit debugging and small batch production assembly.

    주요 전기적 성능 매개변수

This low-power multi-channel DAC integrates a built-in high-stability 2.5 V bandgap voltage reference with a typical temperature coefficient of only 2 ppm/°C, which is enabled by default after power-up. An external gain selection pin supports two full-scale output ranges: 2.5 V with unity gain or 5 V with double gain to satisfy diverse analog output requirements.

The chip runs on a single power supply ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, perfectly matching common 3.3 V and 5 V embedded system power rails. The conversion characteristic is inherently monotonic. Maximum gain error is controlled below 0.1% full-scale range, and the maximum output offset error is limited to 1.5 mV, delivering outstanding DC conversion precision.

A dedicated power-on reset circuit together with the RSTSEL pin defines the initial output state after power is applied; users can configure all DAC channels to power up at zero scale or midscale level, and outputs will maintain this state until valid digital configuration commands are received. Independent channel power-down function is embedded inside the chip. When all channels enter sleep mode, the total supply current drops to merely 4 μA under 3 V supply voltage, greatly extending battery endurance for portable devices.

The chip adopts a high-speed 3-wire SPI serial interface compatible with QSPI, MICROWIRE and mainstream DSP communication protocols, supporting a maximum clock frequency up to 50 MHz. An independent VLOGIC pin adjusts digital input logic level to adapt to 1.8 V, 3 V and 5 V logic systems. Built-in output buffer amplifiers realize rail-to-rail voltage swing, with a slew rate of 0.7 V/μs and fast settling response for stable analog voltage output. Additional hardware pins support synchronous updating of all four DAC outputs and asynchronous global output clearing functions.

    포장 및 조립 사양

Encapsulated in a standard 16-pin TSSOP compact surface-mount package with a body width of 4.3 mm, occupying minimal PCB layout space for miniaturized analog control modules. Moisture Sensitivity Level is MSL1; no time limitation applies to reflow soldering procedures after the original vacuum packaging is opened. Tube delivery mode facilitates manual breadboard testing, performance verification and small-volume pre-production assembly operations.

    환경 및 규정 준수 기준

The operating temperature range spans from -40 °C to +105 °C, enabling reliable long-term continuous operation in industrial automation controllers, portable measuring instruments, medical analytical equipment and battery-powered data acquisition terminals under variable temperature environments. Manufactured using lead-free production processes, the component complies with global RoHS environmental directives. Highly integrated single-chip design reduces the number of peripheral discrete components, simplifies multi-channel programmable analog voltage generation circuits and shortens overall hardware development cycles.
