Drain-source breakdown voltage reaches 30V, continuous drain current up to 24A under proper heat dissipation condition. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL1, no limited time requirement for reflow soldering after vacuum package opening. Standard reel packaging is supplied to match fully automatic placement equipment on production lines.
