This is an upgraded single-channel isolated CAN FD bus transceiver module, integrating isolated power supply, signal isolation circuit and CAN FD physical layer transceiver in one unit, directly converting MCU TTL level signals into differential CAN FD bus signals, and it is pin-to-pin compatible with the classic TD301MCAN model for direct replacement upgrade.

TD stands for mini isolated bus signal transceiver module series. 301 represents 3.3V system power supply matching specification. M means built-in integrated isolation power circuit. CANFD indicates compliance with CAN FD flexible rate extended bus protocol, supporting both traditional CAN and high-speed CAN FD communication.
Core Electrical Performance Parameters
Input working voltage range is 3.15V to 3.45V, perfectly matching 3.3V main control boards and embedded single-chip systems. It fully conforms to ISO11898-5 physical layer standard, communication baud rate ranges from 40kbps up to maximum 5Mbps, supports longer data frame transmission of CAN FD protocol while being backward compatible with standard CAN 2.0A/B communication. The isolation voltage between the control signal side and bus wiring side reaches 2500VDC, which effectively cuts off ground loop potential difference interference and improves anti-surge and anti-electromagnetic interference performance in complex industrial field environments. A maximum of 110 equipment nodes can be cascaded on a single bus trunk. Built-in bus overtime lockup protection, overvoltage protection and multi-level ESD protection, when the bus short circuit or single node abnormal occupation occurs, the module will automatically exit the bus to prevent the entire communication network from paralysis. Static working current is 30mA, peak operating current is controlled within 60mA, the bus terminal can withstand transient voltage impact between -58V and +58V.
Packaging and Assembly Specifications
Standard DIP8 through-hole pin packaging is adopted, overall external dimension 12.7mm×10.16mm×7.7mm, the outer shell is made of UL94-V0 flame retardant insulating plastic. It belongs to moisture sensitive component, welding construction must be finished within 168 hours after unpacking the original vacuum packaging. It is supplied in tube bulk packaging, which can be matched with automatic plug-in equipment for mass production assembly.
Environmental and Compliance Standards
Continuous operating temperature range covers -40℃ to +105℃, storage temperature range -55℃ to +125℃. The product passes CE and EN60950 safety certification, and complies with RoHS environmental material restriction requirements. Compared with the discrete scheme of separate isolation power plus independent transceiver chip, it greatly reduces peripheral component count and PCB layout area, simplifies hardware circuit design difficulty.
