Core and Memory Configuration
The enhanced CIP-51 8051 kernel features a single-cycle instruction execution framework, maximum system clock frequency up to 48MHz. It embeds 32KB in-system programmable Flash memory for program and data storage, with 2304 bytes of general-purpose RAM for temporary data buffering. The chip supports Flash memory read and write operations under running state to realize parameter storage without external storage chips.
Built-in Peripheral Resources
