    Core Functional Features

    Supports two working modes interchangeably: standard SIO single digital input-output mode and standardized IO-Link industrial communication mode. Under SIO mode, the chip acts as ordinary digital signal transceiver controlled by MCU; when connected to IO-Link master stations, it automatically responds to wake-up signals and serves as physical layer transceiver for industrial bidirectional data interaction.

    Three configurable output working modes for CQ and DIO ports: high-side drive, low-side drive and push-pull output, flexible for different field wiring demands.

    Multiple built-in comprehensive protection circuits. All bus pins withstand ±1.5kV surge pulse interference and reverse power connection damage. Embedded undervoltage lockout, programmable thermal shutdown, overcurrent latch protection to avoid chip burnout under harsh industrial power fluctuation conditions.

    Three optional data transmission modes between chip and MCU: transparent UART mode, single-byte SPI mode and multi-byte SPI buffer mode. The chip can independently complete IO-Link protocol framing and verification work, greatly reducing computing load of peripheral microcontrollers.

    Equipped with two LED drive pins, each supporting up to 8mA constant current drive for status indicator lights on sensor housings. A 7-bit calibrated internal temperature sensor collects chip operating temperature data, and an interrupt pin feeds back fault status, wake-up events and temperature information to MCU in real time.

    Integrated clock extraction circuit eliminates the need for external crystal oscillator to realize IO-Link timing sequence generation, simplifying peripheral circuit layout and reducing overall material costs.
