It is a complete analog front-end ADC integrating multi-channel multiplexer, programmable gain amplifier, internal clock and precision reference voltage, mainly designed for bridge-type sensors, thermal resistance and millivolt-level tiny signal collection. The effective resolution can reach up to 24 bits, with multiple gain options from 1 to 128, which can amplify microvolt weak input signals to the optimal sampling range.
Three single-ended analog input channels are built-in inside the chip, and two channels can be combined into differential input mode to restrain common-mode interference on site. The digital filter can be flexibly configured to realize 50Hz/60Hz power frequency notch filtering, effectively eliminating industrial power grid noise.
Supply voltage range: 2.7V ~ 5.25V. The chip supports multiple power consumption modes. In idle standby state, the current consumption is extremely low, suitable for long-term battery-powered wireless sensor equipment. Communication adopts standard SPI serial interface, which is convenient for MCU to read conversion data and configure register parameters. On-chip 1.17V bandgap reference voltage ensures long-term sampling accuracy without external reference components. It also has power monitoring and overflow alarm functions.
