The analog input terminal maintains a fixed 1MΩ high input impedance regardless of sampling frequency, eliminating the need for external buffer operational amplifiers. An integrated first-order anti-aliasing filter suppresses high-frequency noise before analog-to-digital conversion to prevent signal aliasing distortion.

    A precision 2.5V bandgap voltage reference together with dedicated reference buffer is embedded on chip, delivering stable conversion benchmarks without external reference components. Under default sampling mode, signal-to-noise ratio reaches 90.5 dB; the built-in oversampling digital filter can lift SNR up to 92 dB for higher measurement precision. Total harmonic distortion is controlled below -103 dB, with integral non-linearity within ±1 LSB to guarantee outstanding linear conversion accuracy.

    Users can configure operating modes either through hardware pin strapping or serial register programming. Multiple communication options are available, including SPI, QSPI, DSP compatible serial bus and high-speed parallel digital interface. Optional CRC data verification function is supported to enhance data transmission reliability in harsh electromagnetic environments. A flexible channel sequencer and burst reading mode improve continuous sampling efficiency for periodic signal acquisition tasks.
